WHAT IS MATINEE CABARET?
Matinee Cabaret is a brand new, family friendly extravaganza from the creative team at Can Can Kitchen & Cabaret. This show combines history with high-kicks, culinary delicacies with world-class cabaret, providing a tour of the historic Pike Place Market from the comfort of our intimate, sixty-seat venue in the old Seattle underground. Enjoy hand-crafted small-plates with ingredients from local market vendors; scintillating tales from Seattle's colorful underbelly; and our unique blend of dance, comedy, acrobatics, music, theatre and more. Matinee Cabaret is performed by Can Can's own award-winning professional dance theatre company, considered to be the best Seattle has to offer by critics and audiences alike.
IS MATINEE CABARET APPROPRIATE FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD?
Matinee Cabaret does not feature any adult content (violence, nudity, coarse language - the things you'd expect from Justin Bieber, or see on Game of Thrones). We support you in making the choices that are right for your family, and are happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
WHAT TIME IS THE SHOW?
You can catch Matinee Cabaret on Saturdays and Sundays, at 12:30pm or 2:30pm. We suggest you arrive at least one half hour early so you are settled in prior to the show’s start time. Late arrivals will be seated when appropriate. The show is approximately 1 hour with no intermission. Tickets are available here.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
Includes admission, a seat in the venue, and opportunity to order from our full food and bar menu. The menu includes gourmet items from the Market’s most treasured artisan food producers, fish markets, cheese-makers, butchers, dairy shops and Washington-based farmers; and is prepared Can Can’s Chef, John Gilbert.
Includes admission, a seat in the theater's VIP section, as well as the Market Ambassador four course tasting menu. After your Market Fresh starter salad, choose 3 small plates from Market’s most treasured artisan food producers, fish markets, cheese-makers, butchers, dairy shops and Washington-based farmers, prepared Can Can’s Chef, John Gilbert.

Can Can's chef, John Gilbert, has worked closely with the Markets most treasured producers to design a new small-plates menu especially for for Matinee Cabaret. Think of it as an exclusive food tour from your seat curated by the foodiest foodie of all: our Chef.
