MARKET-FRESH DINNER

Can serves delectable food from 6:00pm to close, Wednesday through Sunday. Our menu is an homage to the European cabarets of yesteryear and is inspired by French & Italian cuisine, with a Northwest twist. All menu items are made in-house, with seasonally available ingredients from the Pike Place Market. 

Our meats are from BB Ranch, produce from Frank’s Quality Produce, cheese from Quality Cheese Co. & Beecher’s Cheese and bread from Le Panier and so on. Our desserts are made from scratch and like our menu, change regularly to reflect the season and the options provided by our market neighbors.
