Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your transaction.

A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your final bill for all pre-purchased food packages (VIP 3-Course or Preferred with Sip and Savor), for parties of 6 or more, and for unclosed bills. This charge is not automatically applied to Standard Seat ticket holders who have not pre-purchased food packages. There will be an opportunity to mingle with and tip the performers themselves immediately following the show.

There will be a 5% service charge applied to all checks, to ensure a living wage for all staff along with health, dental, wellness and 401K benefits.
