MarninSaylor is a small, handmade plush toy company. But we like to think that we’re more than just a business; we see ourselves as a testament to the enduring spirit of creativity and community that thrives within Pike Place Market. Founded by Skye Saylor and Thomas Marnin in 2013 as a humble craft booth in the Market’s daystalls, MarninSaylor has grown into a beloved brick-and-mortar retail store, deeply rooted in the vibrant tapestry of Pike Place Market.

Our journey reflects the Market's ethos of growth and resilience. As proud members of this community, we are committed to preserving its heritage and contributing to its vitality. After eleven years in Pike Place, we remain dedicated to uplifting and sustaining this vibrant Market - a place where small beginnings blossom into significant milestones!

Metsker Maps boasts a rich history dating back to the early 1900s when Charles Metsker first charted the Pacific Northwest in 1901. In 1950, their journey took a significant turn with the opening of our inaugural brick-and-mortar store in Seattle, specializing in County Maps, Township Maps, and Atlases renowned for their meticulous detail of the region. While our offerings have expanded to encompass all things travel-related, our passion for maps remains steadfast. Since 2004, Metsker Map’s presence at Pike Place Market's Sanitary Market Building has flourished, thanks to the unwavering support of patrons like you. We take immense pride in our status as a small, locally owned enterprise and remain committed to serving our community for years to come.
